Service delivery policy

TalkOut is an online service. Nothing is shipped.

How sessions are delivered

• After payment, your booking is confirmed on screen immediately.
• Within minutes you receive a confirmation email and, if you opted in, a WhatsApp message with your Google Meet link. A Google Calendar invitation is sent to your email too.
• Your link is always available in My account.
• Sessions last 45 minutes and run 10 AM – 9 PM IST, all 7 days.

Packs

Sessions in a pack are credited to your account as soon as payment succeeds. Book each one whenever you like within the validity period.
